Save Good Food has made it easier than ever to establish a Community in the Food and Beverage Industry in San Diego, but we can’t do it alone. Every deal requires trust. Accurately and fairly represent yourself and your dealings on Save Good food. Attempts to deceive or defraud users are not tolerated.

Prohibited conduct:

Attempts to lure users off of Save Good Food to other services are prohibited

You may not circumvent our anti-spam and anti-fraud efforts (this includes multiple postings of the same item)

Photos should be clear, well-lit, and accurately represent the item you’re selling– not a stock photo of the items, or one that doesn’t represent its current condition

Save Good Food is more than a website, it’s a community of like-minded, honorable people.

We built a Community to list Classifieds within the Food & Beverage Industry in San Diego. Make true connections and treat one another with respect and fairness. Make it a lasting impression. 

Messages that are intended to harass, intimidate, threaten, or demean another user

Items that promote or support hate groups

Items that depict or glorify violence

If it’s not yours to sell, it’s not for us.

You must rightfully own anything you intend to sell on Save Good Food. We have a zero-tolerance policy for stolen goods. Remember, violating someone else’s intellectual property is a form of theft. This means counterfeit goods or replicas that are being sold without permission from the rightful owner aren’t allowed.

Prohibited items include:

Counterfeit goods

Replicas that are sold without consent from the trademark owner

Stocks and other securities that are non-transferrable

Stolen goods

We follow the law, and you should too.

It’s your responsibility to understand all laws where you live and to make sure it’s legal for you to buy or sell your item on Save Good food

Prohibited conduct:

Postings or messages that are defamatory, libelous, fraudulent or otherwise violate the law.

Postings or messages that violate right of publicity or privacy.

Posting or transmitting any virus, worm, Trojan horse, Easter egg, time bomb, spyware or other computer code, file or program that’s or is potentially harmful or invasive or intended to damage or hijack the operation of, or to monitor the use of, any hardware, software or equipment (each, a “Virus”).

Using Save Good Food for any purpose that’s fraudulent or unlawful.

Harvesting or collecting information about our users or directing our users to external websites or apps to harvest or collect their information.

Interfering with or disrupting the operation of Save Good Food or our servers or networks.

Restricting or inhibiting any other person from using Save Good Food.

Reproducing, modifying, distributing or otherwise exploiting any portion of Save Good Food except as authorized by us.

Reverse engineering, decompiling or disassembling any portion of Save Good Food.

Systematically downloading our content.

Unless you’re a public search engine, using any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application or other manual or automatic device to retrieve, index, “scrape,” “data mine” or otherwise gather our content.

Understand and respect our Prohibited Items guidelines:

Read and respect our prohibited items guidelines, but most importantly, use common sense. If you wouldn’t sell it to your best friend, it’s not for Save Good Food.

This list covers most of what isn’t allowed, but we’ll remove any item we feel is harmful to the Save Good Food community.

Adult content

Leave some things to the imagination. Sexual content, adult toys or other items that include explicit nudity are not allowed on Save Good Food.

Keep the puppy photos for your other social media. We love animals, but you can’t use our app to sell them.

Live animals (including coral)


Skin and bones from endangered or protected species

Food....It doesn’t matter how good your cooking is, food and other related food products are not allowed UNLESS you are licensed to sell the products under the "Cottage Industry Law" and/or have a Farm or Store Front.


We don’t allow spam on our website - not the annoying, untargeted behavior that clogs up the internet. Don’t repeatedly post the same products, and don’t start a conversation with someone unless you're actually interested in buying their item.

Repeated listings of the same item

Mass messages sent without the intent of buying or selling items on Save Good Food

Weapons and Other Dangerous Items

Your safety will always be Save Good Food's top priority. That’s why we prohibit dangerous items like firearms, fireworks, or items that have been widely recalled.

All firearms, accessories, and ammunition

Airsoft, BB, or other novelty guns that do not clearly display an orange safety tip

Mace, pepper spray, tasers
